We start by gathering a select group of candidates with specific skill sets, such as CNC programmers, CNC machinists, welder-fitter-fabricators and other highly skilled individuals. The majority of our candidates are passive job seekers; approximately 85% are already employed but looking for better opportunities to showcase their skills.
Our candidate-centric model enables us to determine the best positions suited for each individual candidate based on skill set, which provides both the candidate and employer with the most optimal match. Our goal is to provide employers with employees who produce revenue from day 1 -- not day 31.
